How Do I Suppress Blank Fields Embedded within Text Objects in Crystal Reports?

I was recently asked "How Do I Suppress Blank Fields Embedded within Text Objects in Crystal Reports?"

When one embeds fields within text objects, if the field is blank, then when the report is compiled, the resultant text object will look like:

To resolve this issue on needs to change the formatting settings of the text object, using the Suppress Embedded Field Blank Lines option:
