                              Issue The client had a number of employees who needed to design new reports and modify existing  reports using Crystal Report 7.0, against their call centre database/software.

  As the employees had varying knowledge about Crystal Reports 7.0 it was felt that a bespoke Crystal Reports 7.0 training/workshop  solution would be the best option.
 
  
 
Following a two stage training needs analysis process the key areas that was needed to enable the employees to design the organisation report more effectively and efficiently was identified. 
 
The bespoke solution was delivered using their call centre database so that it was more relevant to what the employees where doing and trying to achieve, and any design issues that they had come across in the past was discussed and resolved.
