| 5. Report Installation and Go-Live |
This is the final stage of the report design process. Once the client had tested and confirmed that the reports meets the agreed report specifications and objectives, we will assist you with the initial implementation and configuration on-site.

| 6. Post Report Design Support |
We include a free 1 month off-site/remote post report design support, so that if the report needs tweaking, or other issues arise in the first month, there is no further cost to you.

We charge a daily rate of £400 + VAT, which includes all expenses, so there are no extra hidden costs.
The rate is based on average of 4 reports being designed per day.
Alternatively, if you only have one or two reports, we charge £75+ VAT per report.
Although the Report Design and Testing stages can be done remotely, the other part of the report design process will be done on-site.
