Issue
Kelda Water Services had just installed a new system, with SQL Reporting Services as their reporting tool.
Currently only one person within the team had some knowledge of both T-SQL and SQL Server Reporting Services, so they wanted a number of team member trained to enable them to create their own reports

Solution
After initial discussions with the client to ascertain the unique training requirements, it was found that there was various levels of knowledge and/or experience of writing both T-SQL and SQL Server Reporting Services.
Maximum Impact Solutions, used a combination of training needs anaylsis and questionnaires to create the correct training solution for the customer, to determine the relevant topics that need to be delivered during the training session.
This on-site bespoke training project was designed to use their database to create a suite of reports that could used by the organisation immediately so that the resultant reports would be relevant to the business needs providing answers to specific business issues and provide some organisational/operational transparency.
