Issue
NSI needed a number of employees to be trained, for them to be able to understand the design capabilities of Crystal Reports 2008, in line with their organisational reporting needs.

Solution
After discussing the initial needs of the organisation, it was decided that the best solution was to design a bespoke Crystal Reports 2008 training solution, to provide a solid knowledge base of designing reports from scratch.
At the end of the 2 day training course, delegates will have a better understanding of how to create professional and visual reports to easily convey their organisational data to the key stakeholders of their organisation.
On completion of the training there will be 6 months phone, email and phone support for all delegates.
