Issue
The client had designed an invoice/billing report, using Crystal Reports XI, for the company, however although the report returned the correct data, it did not return the correct required functionality of the international needs of the client.

Solution
It was decided that the most effective solution would be to provide a on-site report consultancy/report writing solution, that would primarily look at the design of the report.
The report would have to delivery a number of different data interfaces, depending on the geographic location of the customer.
There was also design contraints with regards to the layout of the pre-label paper that the report would print on.
Working with the client we was able to design a report that met all the design requirements of the client, so that the report would allow the organisation to save money and use their resources more effectively and efficiently.
