Issue
ACS uses an SQL Server based database to run their records their daily operations.
They needed an employee to be trained up to be able to design more complex management information and KPI reports for their clients, using Crystal Reports 2008, more effectively and efficiently.

Solution
After discussing with the delegate, their specific individual issues and requirements, and carrying out an training needs analysis (TNA), it was decided that the best solution, was to design bespoke 1 to 1 training session, concentrating more on the advanced features of Crystal Reports 2008, and consolidating their previous knowledge of the software, covering the topics they needed to create their specific reports, using their SQL Server based database as the datasource for the training, to ensure that the training would be relevant to the organisation.
