How Do I ensure my Conditional Suppression works in Crystal Reports?

The issue:

My client had a report, with two report headers, that contained different company logos and address information.

They were using a conditional suppression formula to control which header section would be displayed, depending on a field in the address table.

However, sometimes the report would display the wrong section.

Solution:

When looking at the conditional suppression formula, it was found that the designer had only added a true or false, but had not considered the Null value in the condition formula.

To resolve the anomaly , the conditional formula was modified to include a Null clause.
