How Do I Create a Font Shadow Effect in Crystal Reports?

During a workshop session a client asked how do I create the Microsoft Word font shadow effect in Crystal Reports?

Solution:

To create a font shadow effect:
  1. Use the text object to add the text to the report
  2. Enter the required text to the text object
  3. Click on the report canvas to deselect the object
  4. Select the text object
  5. Apply the required font formatting
  6. Copy and paste the text object
  7. Select the copied text object
  8. Change the font colour, to a light grey or silver
  9. Move the copied text object slightly to the left and down
  10. Right click on the copied text object and select Move - To Back
